I second this. Bonewalkers are easily my most feared monster at lower character levels. Also their damage attribute abilities are brutal..

Does anyone else remember that abandoned house in that town that was full of zombies and bonewalkers? What was the deal with that house anyway? I don't think I ever found a quest or story explaining why it was there..

In terms of sound - the skeletons from Daggerfall

In terms of appearance - it's close between Morrowind's bonewalkers and Oblivion's zombies, but i'd probably go with Oblivion's zombies... they looked so morbid and horrific.

In terms of being afraid of a creature's power - none unfortunately. I've never experienced a true sense of danger in a TES game. Pretty much everything has always been within my ability to kill, regardless of how low my level is... which is a shame.

Ancient Vampires and Liches were within your ability to kill at lower levels in Daggerfall? You must know something about that game that I don't.

Seeing those two were always a dreaded moment for me in Daggerfall.

None of those in your list. You should have the option of OTHER. Some of the creatures that the folks over at Tamriel-Rebuilt are the most horrifying I've seen.
