Most memorable NPCs from Oblivion

I cannot remember her name, it's the lady that you are racing against to steal the diary from someone's house in Imperial City in competition to be admitted to the Thieves Guild.

A little on down the proverbial road, I was instructed to wait in Imperial City for word from the Gray Fox. I was in a hotel stealing silverware when she showed up, caught me red handed and exclaimed, "I didn't see a thing!"

I laughed a long, long time!

I always liked the homeless, their names always made me laugh, someone else I liked is that guy in Shivering Isles who gives you his trousers (pants) to you for sweetrolls, and you can see him walking around half naked, never failed to amuse me hahaha.

Nah, he's a pale shadow of Bolwing, especially when you can finally understand him.

500 gold is 500 gold ;)

Most memorable... I think that would be the Jemane brothers.

Sheogorath, definitely.

Malacath is more popular at parties! And Malacath is NOT popular at parties!

Wonderful! Time for a celebration... Cheese for everyone! Wait, scratch that. Cheese for no one. That can be just as much of a celebration, if you don't like cheese, true? You've run a maze like a good little rat. But no cheese for you yet. Well, maybe a little.

Jyggalag! He is the Prince of Order. Or biscuits...no, no, Order! And not in a good way.

Jyggalag's forces are gathering in the Fringe...And I HATE IT when people gather forces in my Fringe!

My favorite is that Argonian in the Shivering Isles, I don't remember the name of her or the town she's in. Its that town north of New Sheoth.

And she comes and bugs you for some random item, and you tell her no....

"Oh, no. OHHHHHHHH no no no no no no!"

Then runs around screaming

Sheogorath is high up on my list but i also liked The Grey Fox and poor long suffering Hieronymus Lex. I also used to feel rather fond of Martin Septim by the end, i was kind of protective of my buddy and was sorry to see him die. Pretty much everyone in the Dark Brotherhood sanctury is included but especially Vicente Valtieri and Lucien Lachance. Falanu Hlaalu amused me.
