Most powerful creature in the Wasteland?

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 4:22 pm

For the most part, it seems to be Mirelurk Queen. Level 50, 1000 hitpoints, and a stupidly powerful acid spit. Anyone encountered anything stronger?

Queens are way stronger than Kings. I heard Kings can go stealth but I've never seen one invisible...

What about Swan or Behemoths?

From what I've seen, Mirelurk Queen is a bit stronger than the Behemoth. Perhaps Deathclaw Savage? Tho it didnt seem stronger than the Queen to me.

I met a legendary Albino Radscorpion in the Glowing Sea.

Managed to kite it to a location with many foes which it annihilated for me...

Then with 3/4 of its health intact, it trotted off into the wastes.

Legendary Siege Breaker Sentry bot. Seen that one? Now that's what I call firepower.

Aside that, Im curious to see what the most powerful synth is going to be once i go over level 50. So far I have Seekers, Troopers and Leaders. They're pretty potent.

Haven't met that one yet, but the usual ones are so-so. I have more issues with Stingwings because I can't hit the darn thing without vats.

They don't go stealth but they sneak up on you when you're not looking for them.

Legendary Assaultron Dominator, THESE THINGS ARE BUILT LIKE THE FU@KING TERMINATOR WITH A STEALTHBOY.

I was minding my own business walking through the waste (City area) on my way to a mission when i hear "possible combat threat, weapon systems online". I'm all like what was that, (quick look around) sounds like a stupid synth whatever. I keep on moving then, suddenly without any warning it comes around the corner and charges me like a maniac inflicting major damage to me. I pull out the SPRAY & PRAY (emergency OP weapon) and start fighting for my life and then....... it retreats and I'm like "Jesus what the hell was that thing " so, I decide to take a different route in hopes of not running into it again. I turn around AND THEIR IT IS IN STEALTH COMING AT ME. the fu@king thing double backed around the building went into stealth and ambushed me from behind (CLEAVER GIRL). The fight begins again, this time I get lucky and blow off it's leg and you would think that would significantly slow the Fu@ker down but, it starts to crawl after me at an amazing speed (at this point I'm in shock at how tough, relentless and smart this thing is). I finally finish it off with the spray & pray. JESUS [censored] CHRIST!!!!!

The only thing that was missing from this crazy battle was the Assualtron walking up to me and asking me if I was Sarah Conner.

You're kidding right? She's too slow to be that big a threat and hit and run tactics will always work. As for the spit, just keep moving, stay far far away and use cover/corners.

Now try running from a deathclaw... Which unfortunately can be exported due to weak AI. But in the glowing sea? When on low ammo and not melee focused? Good luck. At least with the Mirelurk you get a chance to scavenge bodies.

There was a robot thing I think I was on the way to the railway but don't quote me on that , fcuking thing went bat shhit crazy and started hurting me in ways I couldn't imagine , took me ages to kill it and multiple meds and drugs.
other than that I was walking Around the city area of and saw two death claws walk in about , big ones , thought I'd be clever cause it was the first encounter with em so I didn't really know what I was up against so I circled round found a decent vantage point and planned to hit from afar with heavy and repetitive sniper fire after sending off a fat man .......sent Fat man, they both saw me , bearly any damage , they run at me so I took a shot with the sniper , nope bolted and ran like hell, had to swim through radiated water with tail firmly between legs to get away , ain't seen any more yet

Has anyone seen a Mythic Deathclaw yet? I've heard they're super rare and absurdly difficult

Gheesh, I am getting more and more afraid to wander around, reading this thread.

I just got completely caught off guard by Swan. I'm just noodling around and I felt the screenshake and assumed it was a vertibird or something. I derped, looking around... and yeah. So that happened.

Mirelurk Queens and Hunters. The Deathclaws are tough, especially the Alphas and Glowing, but they're manageable.

Indeed, i have more issues with Mirelurk Hunters/Killclaws ( such an orkish name ) than regular Deathclaws.
