Playing on Survivor, I had my fair share of instant deaths, be it from Deathclaws, mines and grenades, Bloatfly poison, or exploding robots. But these were expected...

What was your most random death? Mine has to be, when a Vertibird crash landed right on my head. Wasn't even mad at the game.

While I was walking towards the drive through at level 20 at full health, I just instantaneously slumped dead for no reason. Truly random

I made a tall stair case to the top of the building zone, and accidentally picked up the piece of stairs I was standing on.

It was a long way down.

Was sneaking around in the wasteland. Status was HIDDEN and no enemies in sight. Then a nuclear explosion happened. I have no idea what caused it.

Scoping out 'boomers' base when he launches a mini nuke literally vertically in the air, didn't get caution/ detected or nothing, as I began sneak sniping enemies around a minute later I heard a whistling and that nuke landed on me

Most random (and most hilarious. I laughed for a minute straight) death for me was the ignoble death of a legendary raider. I was stealthed at the front door of the Pickman Gallery. Has a stair well that goes up 2 floors, so its a nice 3 story total stairwell. Me and Cait got spotted and a firefight ensued. During the fight while trying to shoot the raiders on the top floor, one of them, I don't know why, suddenly apparently tried to jump across the gap in the stairwell and was short. She fell down the well and died on impact in front of me.

The funny part was after the shooting died down and I started looting. That is when I found out she was legendary, and when I grabbed the loot she had a "Lucky" metal left leg. +2 to luck ... and she missed the jump. I laughed and laughed and laughed.

Jumping off a pickup on the street and dying immediately with full health. Probably more a bug than an intended way to die, but random nontheless.

Wanted to check out the what was on the walls in Diamond City while standing near the green wall. So I took out my scoped hunting rifle, I look through, screen freezes and boom... I'm dead.

How is that for random?
