I am wondering whether there is any documentation newer/fuller than Dave Humphrey's (as of 10 May 2003) on Morrowind file format (esp/esm) as featured http://www.uesp.net/morrow/tech/mw_esm.txt.

Some of the areas not that extensively documented there have a more detailed representation, albeit less descriptive, in Morrowind Enchanted Editor's ESTemplate.ini; which brings me to another enquiry: is Yacoby's Mopy Extras https://github.com/Yacoby/Wrye-Mash/blob/master/Mopy/Extras/ESTemplate.ini the "freshest" one?

Whilst I do appreciate that the latter covers so much, I would be grateful should there be any source of more verbose description on the file which someone could point me in the direction of.
