Moth Priest's Robes

I was wondering if you could obtain the robes, blind fold, and sandals if you reverse pickpocket or use the perfect touch perk?

No you can't, because there are some really sad people working on the TES team.... same goes for the hairdresser robes in Riften.

They give you a pickpocket perk tree that you never ever use because of that sadness.

You mean; give armor and then it shows? didn't try that, but i doubt it.

Ps You can get his Akaviri (not Blades Sword) Sword and sell it to a Dawnguard to remove the stolen and make it clean.

Tried it... didn't work. I gave him 2 sets of heavy Dawnguard armor.... 1 normal & 1 legendary, and went away 3 days.

I will try the hairdresser but i think it will be the same.

Ps i know something else for you if you didn't know it.... you can duplicate the ancient falmer armor with the ritual stone by going through the portal, but when he is gone he's gone, so you must do it at the first change you get... for as many sets you want

There's just no [censored] reason to make that stuff unstealable.

There should be some point to the master perk in that tree.

Hell, I'd take it if I could snag super rare gear with it.

I want that blindfold for my blind swordsman but its one of many armor/clothing pieces that look awesome yet we can't get

I swear there must be more unobtainable gear then obtainable in skyrim. All the best looking gear is only obtainable on pc console commands...wtf beth?

It's pretty lame, it renders the pickpocket perk entirely useless too. It's definitely a step back from older games. :/

Yea I find it unacceptable, only use for perfect touch is to take everything from enemies before battle or pocket someone's clothes you hate.

Well, a lot of gear is NPC only, meaning that if even if we could obtain it we couldn't wear it without using console commands to force it upon us, and then remove it again. Such as that sixy sixy robe Nocturnal wears (which actually doesn't appear in the game due to a physical NPC version of Nocturnal being cut, but the dress is still there) and the greybeards robes. But I cannot understand what the point of adding awesome clothes that we cannot use to the game is.

Oh, we can use Perfect Touch on Psijic monks to get their robes, but there is a very limited time frame during which to do that.

Could you elaborate on this some more? What portal, the ones in forgotten vale? I would love to have extra sets of this armor.

1. take the snow elf armor. 2. use ritual stone. 3. go through the portal... and presto he's wearing another one 4 you to take.

I was under the impression that this is impossible. What time frame?

As soon as the guy appears when you first meet him, although I believe it is possible at the end of the questline as well.

Have you done this yourself? I've found no other evidence pointing to this being possible. I'll try it out myself. Maybe this perk wasn't entirely useless.
