It's at this point I start to crap myself cos that's exactly where I left all my loot last week, so are all those chests unsafe?...maybe I should check out your mod

Sounds like everything else does indeed respawn. I hope your stuff is safe!

It's odd though, all the chests were empty and unowned so I assumed the developers intended it to be usable, unless I'm using a mod which changes this...pretty sure I'm not though.

Huh. Spirit Treasure is listed as having only one mod hosted at Fliggerty's, not this mod. Perhaps the file is not yet downloadable? Is there a cooldown?

I have more than one mod there.. Perhaps the powers that be have not noticed I put a new one up....

Yes sorry there are a crap ton of containers in that house that respawn.. For what reason I don't know. Francois does not have a schedule and there is plenty of food laying around for him to eat..-Exterior food does respawn.

So get your stuff out pronto ..
