Mouse accuracy question

Has anyone else noticed that when they are in a dialogue or buying/selling situation, when you hover the mouse over an option (a choice in dialogue or trying to buy or sell a certain item or category) that the mouse doesn't actually "execute" that command? I see this all the time now, I try to click on dialogue option say... 3 out of 5, the option is highlighted, but when I click it, it goes to the first option or another one besides the one I'm trying to actually execute. Also, I have noticed that when I'm selling stuff, If I browse their inventory, I click on weapons, that works fine. But then I want to go to their miscellaneous section, I would click there but the "command" acts as if I'm exiting the barter process and I have to talk to them all over again. Is this some sort of mouse code bug or something? Has this already been addressed?

Mouse interaction, scroll, click etc were tacked on. WSAD keys work fine. Just have to live with it until a menu mod or patch are released. If it seems to be an important dialog always use the keys or you can end up in jail rather than paying the fine etc
