I'm having an issue I've never had before. My mouse and keyboard no longer respond. Well, mouse movement to look around still works, but the buttons no longer do. And no button on the keyboard used in-game responds. All I can do is Alt-Tab out of the game. I'm on Windows 10 x64. I've done research for this problem, but no solution works for me. This is what I've done: Disabled he joystick option in the INI, installed Shark007 codecs, then K-Lite Standard codecs (restting things in it's options menu to default), run as an administrator, disable DPI scaling, disable all mods and OBSE plugins except Oblivion.esm. It's odd because for about the first 10 to 20 minutes after starting the game there were no problems. Then I saved and exited Oblivion, loaded it back up, and I get the control isues. I'm still in the tutorial dungeon and cannot move (except to look around my moving the mouse). Most people say this is an codec issue, but how do I solve it? Is it a codec issue? I don't know.
