i have not been able to find any other threads on this topic, so am posting this...

i am getting a delay between when i move the mouse and when the cursor responds of about 0.5 second.
this happens when in v.a.t.s or pip boy interface.


here is a rough list of my specs.

ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
AMd Phenom 8750 Triple-Core Processor 2.4 GHz
4GB RAM
Logitech M950 Mouse
Logitech G110 Keyboard
Logitech G35 Headset

i have looked into fixes for "mouse lag" posted on these forums and others, but none have worked yet.

drivers are up to date.
have limited the game to use only 2 cores.
have set game graphics settings to low.
disabled v-sync.
