Also, I do not require any tips from other players on ways to reduce or "cope" with the input lag that many of us are experiencing. I am in the group that expects developer feedback and corrective actions to ensure the game we all plan on buying has the smoothest controls possible.
My system specifications :
Monitor: Dell Ultrasharp U2412M
CPU: Core I5 2500K at stock settings
GPU: 2x Geforce GTX 680s in SLI mode
Hard Drive: 1.5 TB Western Digital Black edition
Memory: 8 Gigabytes of Corsair 1600 mhz Dominator
PSU: 860 watt Seasonic Platinum rated
Mouse: Razer Naga
Secondary Mouse (Used to verify problem isn't on my end): Logitech G400
The input lag and mouse acceleration I am personally experiencing is difficult to put into a quantifiable measure. However, the difference between aiming in Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 with similar graphical settings is tremendous. On both games I have set Vsync to disabled and maxed out all graphical features with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. The only exceptions are that AA is turned off and motion blur is disabled.
In Crysis 2, the input lag is not present with either of the mouses I own and acceleration is a non-factor. In Crysis 3, both input lag and acceleration are noticeable to the point of feeling very similar to aiming with an Xbox 360 or PS3 joystick. I apologize for the relatively hazy definition of my problem, but it is the best comparison I can think of.
Also, I have tried to record some videos of my issue but the problem is just one of those "have to feel for yourself" kind.
Thank you Crytek for addressing this matter.
