Movement stutter despite 40-60 FPS?

Post » Sun Dec 06, 2015 6:45 pm

Hello Bethesda,

I have extremely annoying movement stutters to the point that I get headaches. I have a constant 40 FPS minimum but moving or looking is jerky as [censored]. If that does not get resolved, I have to return the game with a sad face.

Intel i5-3750K

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 670

8 GB RAM

Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB

Did you try console command "refreshini"? sometimes game setting gets corrupted for no reasons, and this command seems to load a proper ini setting from ini files.

It's the game engine known as 64Hz bug.

You will have to run it on borderless to remove that micro stutter.

There is an alternative but could cause wierd bugs but wont break your save games as far as I can tell.

All the info is in this forums here:

Don't clamp the FPS... that is not how you resolve the issue, unless you like dramatically bad slowdowns when your framerate drops.

I am already runnning in Windows Border Mode.

Refreshini did not help.

Any more thoughts? Any way to directly contact Bethesda Customer Support parallel to this?
