I've been trying to play skyrim on my PC, but my character stutters when he moves. I can run and walk, but my movement stutters very frequently. I have an i7 core w/ nvidia geforce 930m. i play with a Dual shock 4 controller and it was fine when i first bought it (about 1 week ago) and after installing some mods it started do this, i have since uninstalled and deleted all mods, deleted all my saves and re installed the game but it still keeps happening and its really unplayable now. i have also tried various different settings from low to ultra, it still happens. I also have tried script cleaner, but there's nothing to get rid of apparently.

Problem:

-Character slow runs/walks for a bit frequently.

-Only happens to me, nothing else in the game is wrong just my movement.

Have tried:

-Reinstalling the game

-Disabling and deleting mods (Nexus Mod Manager)

-Restarting saves

-Script cleaner

-Lowering all settings to min

!!Please help!!

Maybe some programs running in the background whilst playing.

Do you have any game booster similar programs installed?
