They did their best to let you shoot on the fly, but there is an accuracy penalty for shooting while using smart I believe

As far as I can tell, any time you can line up your shot, you can shoot. While you're hanging from a wall by your fingertips, probably not, and they've said that when you're knocked down you have to choose between getting up or shooting. Other than that, you're free to pull the trigger anytime.

I'd prefer if they didn't have any sort of hard coded restraints. For movement, have the reticule move correspondingly in some sense, so if you can compensate, you can still be effective.

I'm pretty sure there are abilities for grenades AND reloading while sprinting actually.

I know sprinting reload was confirmed, but not 100% on grenades.

Oh yeah , the ability for grenades is shooting them to make them go boom i think

every one can cook grenades , just hold the throwing button for 3-4 sec and release

There is abilities to purchase to be able to sprint and throw grenades and to reload when running.

I'm sure u cant shoot while running. It wouldnt be possible, as its really hard to do in real life. Its not a canned animation tho, cuz if u wanna shoot u can just stop running.

EDIT: sorry, i meant "running", not "reloading".
