Moving objects around

Post » Wed Nov 30, 2011 10:48 am

I can not figure out if it is possible to move objects like you did in Oblivion and Morrowind. I am on an Xbox. In Oblivion, if you held down the right thumbstick while the crosshair is on a movable object, you could pick it up and move it around. Fallout let you move things too. I wanted to look under the bodies of some of the things that tried to give me trouble.

Try pressing and holding the Interact/"Use" button. (Not sure for Xbox)

I think it is possible eventhough i do not even have the game just yet and ordered it for PC!

I have read that whatever the pick up or use key is well, you have to hold it down to move objects...not 100% sure though but it IS possible!

It's absolutely possibly. In fact, you can move dead bodies as well.

Hold down the "interact" button on your controller while your reticle is placed over the object you would like to move. I am a PS3 user, so for me holding down X does this. I believe the counter button for the 360 would be A.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. The info that came with the game did not show a 'pick-up item' on the map of the controller. The settings showed in the one for Oblivion.
