I have a fallout 4 save on my PC that is pretty far. I recently got an xbox one and want to continue playing on that. Is there anyway to import/move a save from PC to XboxOne. I dont care about the achieves on the xbox. I know you can do it with PC and 360 but cant find info on PC->XboxOne
