In Oblivion, if you even think of moving something around like in a shop or residence, even if you DONT put it in your inventory, the guards come-a-runnin with their "Stop right there Criminal Scum!" Even though the feature that lets you pick up and move around things had no real use, it was still a fun little thing they put in the game, but just moving a PAINTBRUSH in someones shop or residence is a crime. I really found it pretty ridiculous how you get accused of stealing when you dont steal anything. Granted this is a game and not real life.Still in real life you dont generally get put in jail just for touching someone elses property even if it is rude. Hell you can run around on dining tables and knock everything off and cause a huge mess and everyone at the table is staring at you, like, "Hail!" "hello there!" or whatever. Yeah it's only a small nitpick, I just hope that in Skyrim, if they keep the feature where you can move things around, it wont actually come with ridiculous consequences like that. They don't make sense lol.
