Moving Worldsspaces

I'm working on moving more than one worldspace and sometimes just one. Is there any flexibility with choosing what index to move a worldspace instead of the [00] index? Due to some incompatibility issues between versions of a mod, I want to use WRLD data of one worldspace created in [02] or [03] and move it to [01]. If I use TES4Gecko, it just moves it to [00]. How can I control my choice?
