[WIPz] mTES4 Manager

When upgrading, just copy the extracted files into your mTES4 folder. IOW, you should keep your config file, unless you want mTES4 to create a new one.
So the only utility to be careful with (using default installs) is WBash.
I thought I copied over the config file, but then realized the update doesn't come with one. :facepalm: Got away with one. Thanks again!

@speedy:
yes, right.

What psymon said about the omods is also correct, just that mTES4 will not swap your omods folders for you, so either you accept that all the omods for all clones are in the same folder, or you be sure to configure a separate one for each copy, same as Wrye bash.

Actually I'm finding that I end up using the same omods for all installations anyway - the problem with having them share the same external folder is that unlike BAIN opening another instance of OBMM does not reflect an update to an OMOD. So best to keep separate.
