No, the datafiles and resources are all in either proprietry or open formats that do not differ per-platform. They're not distributing binaries, here.

They've already stated that the next dlc was complete and they were waiting for the patch before they put it out so the different platforms having nothing to due with the release date in this case since you know it's done already, who knows whats holding up the release they might be waiting for everyone to have the patch which should be by this weekend for 360.

As for the release, the trailer should be out already. Honestly, the way I see it trailer was out today, everything gets patched and within 1-2 weeks DLC is out.

I'm not a hundred percent sure but i've got the update and i'm on 360 so i don't know whats holding it up.

Sorry GraniteDevil, but that's ridiculous. I don't think anyone was saying that they "deserved it." What was being said was that it seems odd that there's no trailer yet when they've already told us that the DLC is completed. Frankly, I find it hard to fathom why they haven't at least released a few screenshots to hold us over (those released by mistake don't count). I can only figure (and yes, I could be totally wrong) that they've maybe made an "exclusive" arrangement with some site/magazine to host/show new pics (e.g. Game Informer seems to be the first place many new game shots are shown, but I'm not saying this would be true with Honest Hearts).

They should just release when all the patches are out. Sod waiting for Sony.

I really hope that isn't the reason, I doubt anyone really cares how and where it is revealed.

well they could release it for all 3 if playstation users dont get it cuz psn is down thats not their fault and pc and xbox users shouldnt have to wait because sony cant get it together

The PSN being down is certainly not helping with the DLC.
