MULTI PLAY SERIAL PROBLEMS

I CAN'T PLAY MULTI GOT THE GAME FROM STEAM AND I KEEPS SAYING SERIAL IN USE
CAN'T GET IT TO WORK ANY HELP

This happened to me. All I did was re-enter my CD key but not in caps. It now works perfectly, it's worth a try. Remember to add dashes though.

Enter the CD-Key in the bit underneath the login screen (DO THIS BEFORE YOU LOGIN), It will then connect the CDkey to your account properly and MP should work. It worked for me :)
