I wanted to see if anyone else is having the game issue.

First off I would like to say that I had to make a second account in-order to play the game cause I cant log into the original cause its says the password is not valid and I have changed it 6 times. On top of that I attached my limited edition to that account under the assumption that it would work when I logged into the game. So that limited edition key is now gone.

Also when leveling up when I put points into the perks and guns, after I reach the next level they reset and then I have to put the points back in again and lost all progress towards that perk or gun. Is this a known issue?

On a good not EA sent me a second limited edition key but it didnt work cause crytec failed and gave them the wrong keys, EA then said that once they get working keys they will send me another.

I have exactly the same problem.

Flip, its crazy now... first I go through the constantly having to enter in my cd key, then when thats gone... my mulitplayer crashes... then when thats gone... My stats and level go backwards... I spent a good hour playing... which has apparently counted towards niks (South African for = nothing)... Lv 9 to lv 7 1/2 ... gotta admit, with gameplay like this, I'd rather never buy a game again...

Got this problem too. The game aint saving my Medals and Dogtags. Sometimes it forget what weapons and perks I have unlocked etc etc etc. .... ..

Yip. Same problem here (Playing from South Africa aswell nUb_Enforcer) .

Leveled from level 9 - 10 three times. Hit level 13ish after around 2 hours of play and it reset me to 11,25ish. However I think I know what's happening. My internet drops for a few seconds and after my DC from the server all my stats are messed. Leaving a server so that you get that "Updating Stats" thing doesn't work. It'll reset me to the last time I started Crysis2. So. I can't play multiplayer till I have a 100% perfect internet connection or untill they patch it so stats are updated real time which I'm guessing they can't because that'd make hacking or something easier.

Are you getting DCs or lag spikes at all or is my issue unrelated?

UPDATE: Looks like the same thing is happening to me now even with no DCs. Perhaps a DC has made some sort of error?

Everyone got this problem, except cheaters. Just quitted the game after going back from 13.9 to 13.2, armor from lvl6 to 5. Consumers' rights in Norway are pretty well made, so Crytek better fix this soon.

Stats, upgrades etc. dont save. That **** up and i dont play this buggy game until they fix this problems!!!

I really like the multiplayer in this game, but playing right now is dumb with so many bugs.

The whole MP feels unfinished.

I couldnt even log into mulitplayer until today, and when I finally got to play, opened some custom classes, bought some attachments. Then I log off for a while. I come back online and I have nothing! Except my level doesnt seem to be affected. Im unsure about armor level and that stuff though. But almost all weapons and attachments are all gone, and so are my perk points or whatever, so I cant buy them again!

I think I finally found a way to save the assessments (at least it worked for me). After trying to get help in this forum and the german hotline i found a poster who gave help (cant remember the name sorry). **** U Crytek for no support or help at all. The search for it stole many hours of my lifetime (and i MEAN hours).

Just search for an empty server (didnt work for me with full ones). then "buy" everything you want in your class. leave the server now. switch back to singleplayer. switch back to multiplayer. hopefully your perks where saved. please let me know if it worked for you.
