Ok so I've discovered the answer quite an annoying error, I'll explain what the problem is first of all.

The problem is the "good" servers are either full or empty, if you join games with 13,14,10,8 players etc you will ALWAYS get connection problems such as lobby freezing, disconnections etc.

Heres the fix, its simple really. Join an empty server and wait. I joined a sniping server which was empty, It took 5 minutes for the server to fill up and I had 5 or 6 matches without any problems. You should all try this and report back.

I know how fustrating it is to constantly get errors, I hope this helps some of you out.
