Multiplayer Demo concerns

Post » Fri Jun 03, 2011 12:43 am

I have played the Crysis 2 Multiplayer Demo on X-Box360 and I noticed that the guys you play as use strong Language very often and when I hear that kind of Language it throws me way off my game, for me it is vary displeasing. I love the first Crysis the and was going to get Crysis 2 but the language is repeted so often in the demo and that alone repels me greatly. But otherwise the demo is vary good, gameplay-sweet, getting into a match - it took me at least 15-25min. to get in one every time "suppose that's cause there are not many people playing it" and by the looks of it the campain might just be just as good as the first.
So I was wondering how to contact the company to ask them derictly but I don't know if that will ever happen so I am putting my question on here and I hope that the makers of this game hear me,and...well...perhaps all game makers will hear me.
Ok here goes...I ask you to please put an option "in this and all your games that have strong language" to be able to turn this strong language off or on like they did on Gears of War 2 "Hopefully they will have the option in Gears of War 3" there are other games out there that I have played that have had the option in and it was vary much appreciated so Please put the option in Crysis 2.
I am not asking to change your whole game for me and it may not be as easy as it seems to put the option in a game but I do not wish to spend $60.00 on a game that I know that even in the Multiplayer part of the I will have to hear such language.
For example the Multiplayer in the Call of Duty games has no bad language or any other popular Multiplayer that I have played why start putting it in now?

It is also undenyably much easier to not get in the habbit of saying such things if you do not hear them. Man, must svck playing on some platform that's too lame to adjust sound settings, like turning off voice if you dislike it.

PC FTW. And if you have that big an issue with swearing, and are that concerned about a game's effect on your behavior, you should probably avoid violent ones too.

The game is clearly marketing to Call of Duty fanatics. In addition to dumbing down the nanosuit, level design, and controls, they also throw in lots of cussing so that the Call of Duty fanboys can understand what's going on with their limited vocabulary. Heck, Prophet dropped the word "****" more times in one trailer for Crysis 2 than he did in the entirety of the original Crysis.
