I have heard from many of my friends and even other major gamers that there will be a Co-op mode or MMORPG mode in which we will be able to experience the Fallout world with our friends on either Xbox, PS3, and PC. This is one of the main reasons i preordered it... I would like to know if it is really going to have it...

The MMORPG you're thinking of is something Online (aka Project something). It's being developed by someone and is the subject of a rather something lawsuit. It's hard to say if it'll ever be released.

Fallout new vegas is about as likely to be multiplayer as I am of becomeing space pope and taking over the world.

actualy that is more likly as obsidian probably is doing nothing but bug fixes right now.

Fallout? Multiplayer? No, just no.
I would rather have an amazing single player experience than to have a mediocre single player with a half-arsed attempt at a multiplayer unless the game's designed with multiplayer in mind from the very beginning.

Well I'm not sure exactly where but I've seen posts edited by moderators just for having that companies name in the post. I think it's ridiculous too but there's nothing we can do about it.

And if it ever is going to be anything like multiplayer i think it is going to be something like king of the hill by defending the hill against hordes of ghould, raiders and muties.

Expect disappointment on that part.
But I'm sure you'll enjoy the singleplayer anyway.

Just.. Dude, don't pre-order a game you haven't researched, use wikia's, wikipedia, youtube and google for an hour or two before buying a game.

As already mentioned, New Vegas is a Single Player Game. It has no online component, no multiplayer and no Coop. This thread will be closed as there is an MMO thread around here somewhere, perhaps in the Fallout Series section. I will let you find that one.

Since there is legal action about another game, that has already been alluded to in this thread, I am going to close this so no one posts anything that will piss off the lawyers.

Finally I am closing this MMO thread as it is what happens to all these MMO threads.
