I've had a chance to play around with a few different modules in Crysis 2 so far and I found one that works really well. This setup is a VERY fast playstyle; high risk, high reward.

Stealth Enhance 3 and Mobility Enhance do allow for some long range Cloak sprinting. I prefer Nano Recharge to Energy Transfer though. I think +60/sec Energy regeneration when idle is better than 20/30/50 Energy per kill.

Nano recharge is great since you only have to step out of a fight for just a few seconds before rushing into combat again. That in itself is the reason behind choosing Energy transfer that there is no downtime between killing targets.

Although the health regeneration on nano recharge is pretty boss though...
