Old toppic seems to be lost during the forum changes. The Problem however still persists

So is Crytek actively working on a fix for this annoying problem that makes the multiplayer mode 90% less enjoyable? If so is there a ETA or a simple update about the work for a fix or a workaround for the problem?

I did get some help for resetting, but randomly some opened perks are not opened, but selected at modified profiles after restart of game.
