Multiplayer suits

hi all,

In multipalyer you have 3 kinda suits: Power, Stealth and Armor. I know how to unlock the Armor and Stealth ( Q - E )

But how in earth do you use POWER? and get points for it, so it can unlock stuff? Thank you.

I run and jump, but I only get like 40-150xp :(

Any idea why?
