in the fallout series there has been no multiplayer but what i suggest is a small version of multiplayer such as a 4 player co-op hunting or a mode where 2-4 players start from the start and make there way up.
They should not make it so people can join with there characters from the single player other wise you will just get people doing some boosting and all that other c**p.
