I finally made it to level 50 yesterday, then when I tried unlocking all my weapons I was left with two weapons that I couldn't unlock the flashbang and c4. And another thing is I can't unlock all the dog tags, there's two I'm missing. Does anyone know what's wrong? Is there someway to fix it? Will I have to Nanosuit reboot myself?

As far as I am aware flashbang and C4 may require a number of kills with that kit section to gain more unlocks (ie 20 grenade kills = Unlock for c4/flash). As for the dogtags, you wont get them all till you have maxed out on reboots.

erm i read somewhere that you are ot meant to unlock the c4 last?
