Just wondering if there is a working mod that will allow multiple enchantments on items much like Morrowind's enchant style or maybe one that allows clothing to be layered like in Morrowind.

Oblivion really kills the ability to create a more powerful suit of armor with the lack of multiple enchants on items as well as not being able to layer clothing. Either/or would be nice, though both would be the best. Any such mods exist?

Have the bugs been worked out of that one? I remember using it before and it has a nasty habit of making enchantments on items just vanish after some time.

So far as I know. I was using this mod back in the day when it still had the traveler 'Lucious Jensin'. The current version sports a bunch of menu configs, and has been stable for me.
