This past weekend we drove to California then to Vegas and since we were coming from the ncr's turf we went through Primm and it was cool to see the roller-coaster and the casino.

And I was telling everyone "I've been here in fallout" and these were there exact words " that roller coaster is so fun. Oh remember that little girl got murdered there

Along time ago? Oh yeah bless the families heart". And I'm like what so I look it up and this guy murdered a little girl there. So my questions are, did you guys know this or heard this? And does anything in the game depict this? I doubt it but I'd like to know if there is.

No, it isnt. Considering the death, if I'm thinking of the correct one, happened in 1997. Whereas the game takes place in the 1950's. Why would they reference the death of a child anyway? Seems sick to me.

From what I heard they upped security big time at Nevada hotels or something.

Most likely, would be the appropriate response to the death of a child on the casino property.

Murders and deaths have been referenced to in Fallout. Now individual murders, I'm not sure. Might be. I wouldn't call it bad taste when most people have slaughtered hundreds or thousands of lives by the end of their New Vegas game. Only a slim majority choose the pacifist route or let a Legion man who's trying to kill you walk away with his life.

It has nothing to do with taste unless they paraded it around. Unless so many games referencing say the Holocaust is bad taste.

No I didn't know about this. Also I doubt there's a reference in the game. A single girls murder pales in comparison to an almost complete annihilation of the residents of the United States and other continents/life of the Earth. Which totals millions of children dead.
