Murezor and Ampol's ENB settings = CTD

Using Murezor and Ampol's ENB settings along with OBGEv2 plugin and about 150 mods.
Also using the force shader model 3.0 by altering shader package 13
Currently also running OBSE 18.6d and these OBSE plugins...

Initially after installing the ENB series mod everything works fine.
After playing the game for about 15 minutes, the game experiences a CTD.
The crash report shows d3d9.dll is at fault.
After this the game will not load, and continues to crash with the same d3d9.dll error.
Rebooting my computer allows me to load the game, but only until the next CTD after about 15 minutes. After which the game will not load again unless I reboot my computer.

Anyone else using this mod with 100% stability?

I don't use ENB but am curious which version of DirectX you are using.

asking because I'm suspecting some problems may exist between my ATI card and latest directX. So slightly off topic.

Using Nvidia cards over here... BTW, the d3d9.dll file causing the crash is a file packaged with the ENB series mod and required in order to use the ENB series mod mentioned in my last post.
It is installed into my root Oblivion directory. (Not in the Data folder)

Nvidia GTX 285 in SLI w/ 196.21 driver

EDIT - Ran DirectX Diag and found that I'm running Direct X drivers dated Jan 2010

LOL!! I think I already found the issue... Now that it's starting to warm up out here in Arizona, I started playing the game with my EVGA Precision Tool open to monitor my temps while the game runs. Well, for some reason, that tool conflicts with the ENB series mod. Only thing I can think of is that both occupy the upper left corner with text. ENB Series text only appears in the upper left corner of the screen during the initial loading screen of Oblivion. I suppose this info might help others out there that use ENB Series.

The crash report shows d3d9.dll is at fault.
That's the wrapper the ENB mod uses, not a component of DirectX.

Not surprising as your tool uses a low level hook (probably at the driver; if not a wrapper similar to ENB) to do its job.
