With 2014 coming to a close at the end of this month, I feel it's about time to ask the community on what they all think were the greatest album/song releases of 2014 or at least their personal favorites. (And also, I know there could still be more releases later this month).

So... What say you?

As for myself... A personal favorite song of mine from this year is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LhTbrnZsGo by Tarby & Aviators (two separate musicians collaboration). It is a Bioshock-inspired song that was released back in September. Worth a listen to if you don't mind the genre (Progressive Rock).

There's some other songs too (by Aviators, Forest Rain, and others) that I liked a lot from this year but I honestly have to pick this song as my personal favorite from this year.
