I am running a Windows 7, i5 PC, and I am having severe audio-related problems and glitches with Fallout 3: GOTY edition. In pip-boy, Galaxy New radio never plays, the audio notes never plays and the music stutters when listening to enclave radio. Initially, I thought the stuttering was a design choice by the developers. This is actually a glitch, I am informed. One word: help! I have a creative Soundblaster audigy soundcard, and it has the latest drivers. I am aware that the sound glitches are a common problem and there are common solutions, but I am not technically-minded and have been unable to rectify this problem! Thanks in advance.
