Every time I launch Morrowind i get the error: Music Error: Can not create filter graph.

It happens after it shows the Bethesda logo, copyright info, and after it loads the morrowind.esm and the two expansion esms load. I've seen loads of topics when I was trying to fix it but never found a fix that worked.

I'm running Windows 8 Pro 64 bit with an AMD APU A-6320 quad core(2.2 Ghz) CPU with an integrated Radeon HD 6530D GPU.

I use a HDMI cable hooked up to my HDTV.

I do not own a CD version of the game, I have it on Steam.
