Inon Zur does an amazing job with his soundtracks. Crysis is still one of my favorite to listen to so lets hope it's him again!
Yeah the fallout 4 theme is on youtube. Ive listened to it loads, bit short though as its taken from the e3 show. Still it will have to do until i can get my grubby paws on the the main soundtrack. I was surprised to learn the other day that Inon Zur performed the soundtrack to Fallout Tactics (2001). Talented musician.
Inon Zur is great. Not a fan of the main theme, however. Too military. The Fallout 4 rendition that was played during the concept art montage was good, though.
Todd said they got a lot of ideas from the fans. To this end, let's hope they actually incorporated Conelrad Radio mod into the new game. "Atom Bomb" is actually in that mod, and it's available for F3 and FNV. Conelrad was definitely one result of the Red Scare, and the 50's. It's my hope that they used the music as a hint that we might see Conelrad in F4. =)
Not officially announced yet, it is likely Inon Zur

According to this interviewer, todd Howard confirmed that Inon Zur was the composer. While I usually look at reddit with some skepticism I believe this guy is actually legit. He did submit two you tube videos which tied into the material with the above link.
We haven't heard much of the ambient music yet, beyond variations of the main theme, but there is a nice new piece serving as the backdrop to this Pete Hines video....
