Music problems

Hey guys,

I am looking into this matter for at least two weeks now on forums, and even on this one... And the support website of Bethesda is currently down so...

My problem is this : songs through the PipBoy do not play. The radios all work perfectly but I only hear when people are "talking" (like the one for the Sierra Madre, or the voices of the Supermutant on the Black Mountain Radio or Mr New Vegas on his radio for examples). Next to those "talking voices" I do not hear any musics through the PipBoy, nor on the general menu when I just launched the game.

However, I perfectly hear the "atmosphere music" while in game and also when I find a radio or a juke box, then the music supposed to play does play perfectly on the jukebox (I checked it with the New vegas Radio on the Pipboy).

My problem is also totally new : I own the game since the day it came out and I never had a problem like that before.

Also, I own Fallout 3 on Steam and it works perfectly well.

Does anyone could have an idea on how to deal with that please ?

Well Steam does find a problem with one file : it says one file has a problem and it will redownload it. It does everytime (88 bits...) and then nothing changes...

Sorry I had forgotten that...

So Steam does find the problem but is not able to deal with it by reinstalling the file with the problem...
