No mutants plz

I suggest that Fallout 4 should remove the green looking super mutants.
They doesn't belong in this universe plz...
Ghouls are fine but not the mutants.

Who are you to say what does and doesn't belong?

Supermutants were the antagonist of the first game, they've been part of the game since the very beginning. Ghouls aren't as important to the series as supermutants are.

What we see is just remnants of the Unity, a group that in the bad ending for F1 made all of humanity into supermutants who, unknown at the time, are sterile which caused them to die off after many centuries.

The very first fallout's entire main plotline was about the origins of super mutants and a plan for their kind to dominate the world.

I would say no more canon breaking (at best canon bending) FEV labs popping up like Vault 87. That doesn't belong. I don't want to come across yet another type of Super Mutant in the next game. The only super mutants I want to see are the remnants of the Masters vast armies from Fallout One.

Note: Super Mutant making lab does not apply to the research that was going on in Fallout Tactics to solve the super mutant sterility problem, that the Master failed to work on. Yep, pretty much part of that game world. Without a lot of reasoning behind the comment, this is really close to flamebaiting or trolling.
