Well, on my second playthru i decided to take the silly perks that i usually would not... Mysterious stranger being one of them

BUT i cannot for the life of me EVER get it to proc. I have used VATS over and over again on purpose because i want to see this damn mystery stranger go in and kick ass but i havent seen it ever not one time!! Halp

Meh, ive tried using VATS exclusively to see if it works no go so far.
