So I'm sure this has been asked millions of times but I haven't seen it so I ask, how many times does a mysterious stranger show up in a given day? Is it completely random, are there factors to this etc? Is the achievement, find mysterious stranger 5 times more of a long haul chore or can it be actually done within an hour? Just wondering. Any feedback is appreciated.

As far as I can tell, it's completely random. What's especially annoying is sometimes the music doesn't play, so I'll just find him while doing other things.

Seems to me it's every few minutes forever.
