Anyone else get a strange update to Skyrim via Steam today?

I can't find anything changed anywhere. Workshop updates identify themselves as Workshop content. This wasn't that. I scoured what logs I could find but nothing turned up.

I have nothing on my downloads tab, and my Skyrim is still the same. I don't see anything mentioned on r/Skyrim or anywhere else, either.

The Steam client did update earlier this morning, think it has anything to do with that?

Right now I am trying to find out myself and I'll post everything that seems new to me, but I guess that I may have miss a couple of updates since the last time I played and I think that's not new for other people.

As for Steam update I did notice that Steam was updated earlier today. I wonder what kind of update Steam Client got.

I just started Steam right now. It is doing its update and will likely take some time to download since at the moment my speed is capped at dialup speed.
