Mystic Emporium locks up for the whole day.

Hello, I've got a bit of a problem. The Mystic Emporium in the Market District doesn't open up anymore. When I pick the lock and I go in, I get a bounty. I thought that this was caused by Frostcrag Spire, and that it was fixed in the Unofficial Official Mods Patch. But I have that patch, and the bug is still here. Can anyone tell me what causes this, and maybe how I could easily fix it?

Unless I remember wrong, it's caused by having Battle Horn Castle loading after Frostcrag. Don't remember why it does this, or why this isn't dealt with with BOSS, but yeah, that mod fixes real fine.
Also can be merged into a Bashed Patch.

I installed the fix you gave me, but the problem is still there.

Might just have to wait it out. The fix makes the characters open and close the shop properly, but if it's already locked for the day they might not do anything until the next day.
