I re-made my character after the 1.2 patch and after doing quests and such iv noticed all the people that give me letters are wearing there under-garments

every single courier is wearing only there underwear..
even the imperial guy that runs all over, he runs around with only his helmet on
is this a bug from the patch? Or are they intended to do this

I had that aswell, was pretty funny.
But I don't think it has something to do with that patch, I had this already before it so.
I did reload an earlier save which seemed to fix this for me though.

Its a bug some generic NPC do not wear cloths even though its in their inventory. Its fixed by using command Resurrect 1 on them.

Pants and shirts start to chafe after running letters from place to place. Ever see a marathon runner whose nipbles are bleeding because of the shirt rubbing against them? It's like that.

I reloaded my previous save and it happened again.. the guy is wearing only a hood and runs at me naked
