It would be fulfilling to hear there comments and it adds more realism to the game.

I was actually thinking about how fun it was to run about Balmora, completely naked, and have people think I was a weirdo because of it. Especially after I saved them from Dagoth Ur.

I said yes mainly because I liked it when people commented on me and about my attire

Absolutely as it adds immersion. The more NPCs comment on what you're and look like the better - not just race, stats, and clothing, but chosen body type could affect too.

I loved the comments NPCs passed on you in Morrowind, and it's something I'd like to see expanded on. It can really give you an idea of your station in the world, be it lowly tramp, powerful warrior, or crazy stripper.

They should make comments on everything you're wearing, like New Vegas.

"You don't look like any Ranger I've ever seen."

It's a minor request, not necessary at all. Why would you want to walk around naked anyway? In RPGs I enjoy living in another world as if I was there, I wouldn't walk around naked in real life.

It's so annoying when people are like "Why would you do (x)? I always do (y), so it's pointless to let you do (x)." as if their way is the right way to play the game.

Don't know if it's been said already, but they should comment if you start changing armor or clothes in the middle of the street or wearing weapons in areas were it's not common to do so.
