Name my Argonain assassin/Rate the name I had planed

Post » Thu Aug 25, 2011 12:06 pm

May as well get into this trend I am seeing :D

Obviously, I am not the only Argonian assassin planning backstories/names, etc.

A while back I chose Boken-Fang for my assassin, because the method he mainly uses for attacking is called "The Broken Fang", a dagger in one hand, a shortsword in another.

Now it isn't the greatest in the world but I want your opinions and rate my name I have planned. Of course, give me other options too, especially when I do not know if shortswords were even confirmed or not

Thanks!

Oh and typo fail in sub-title: "PLEASE" is what I meant to put

From what it seems there is no long or short swords but some swords are long and some are short but they are all in the same swords catagory.

Well it will feel weird to have an assassin wield a longsword and dagger, but as long as one is short and one is long, I can keep the namesake :D

@GHardison: Ah ok thanks for the info :D

I like the way you've connected the name up with the style you're playing. I've never really thought of doing that before.
However, does Broken-Fang also use a bow? I can hardly see an assassin using a shortsword and dagger to kill people.
Unless your going to use magic for long range. That would work too.

It sounds fine. A good Agonian name. I like how it fits in with your playstyle.

It's fine and dandy.

Just a personal thing, but I always prefer Argonian names with three words instead of two, but that's just my opinion.

That's a very good name for an Argonian, and basing it on his fighting style is better, more unique.
I name all my characters in Latin, for example, my main character (Orc Since Morrowind, Dunmer before) is named "Sine Amore" (SEE-NAY AMOR-AY). Which means "Without love" in Latin, self-explanatory.

Don't forgett to have an Saxhleel name also. You know, Argonians have 2 names. 1 Saxhleel that they are born with and one Argonian for non-Argonian to call them. And Broken-Fang would have been a name he got after he started using "The Broken Fang", right? He wasn't born with thats skill.
