Candy Skull Sweets may not be a wise choice because people will go in expecting you to at least partially specialize in candy skulls. If people go in and just see a bunch of confections but no candy skulls they may get a bit ticked off. You don't want to limit yourself with your name.
People may not agree with me on this but I think you should just forget about using the word pink in the name at all. In our culture pink isn't just an innocent color anymore. No matter how you word it there will be people, especially teens, who will read the title and snicker at the thought of... the sixual thing pink is associated with. Especially with a title like Pink Velvet or Pink Ladies Cakes.
Nomnom Cupcakery has a nice ring to it, but as stated earlier in the thread you have to keep in mind the neighborhood the store will be in. Nomnom Cupcakery would fit in just fine in the hipster culture of San Francisco, or anywhere there's a lot of young people, but it would stick out like a sore thumb (possibly in a bad way) anywhere else. Nomnom Cupcakery, or even just The Cupcakery, isn't a name that screams "professional bakery," and while that'd be fine in, like I said, San Francisco, it definitely wouldn't work everywhere.
As much as I don't like posting a bunch of criticism without also giving suggestions, I'm afraid I'm just not very good at coming up with names. But I really think you need to carefully evaluate the culture of the neighborhood you'll be setting up shop in before deciding on a name.
