We've all got options or actions in this game we've yet to try. Name some. Then perhaps for flavor, name some things you have done that you don't think many people have done.

For me I've done almost everything, but there's still plenty I haven't done. PLENTY. For example:

-I have never slept with Benny, nor do I know what options are given during this encounter.

-I have never assumed the position for Fisto.

-I have never done many of the failed speech checks, which is sad cause they're hilarious. Was tempted to try "Joshua, DON'T!!!" on a recent playthrough of Honest Hearts but chickened out.

-I have never sent Janet to her death at the hands of the Boomers

As for some things I have done that not everyone's probably tried:

-I have seen Vulpes' replacement in Nipton instead of Vulpes

-I have let Cassidy die to the Van Graffs

-I have seen every variable solution to the Kings-NCR conflict

-I have collected the Evil Gnome

I've never

- killed any of the Legendaries
- Used the Minigun, Battle Rifle, Katana, Automatic Rifle, Tesla Cannon, Grenade Launcher and more
- Played Unarmed
- Completed Dealing With Contreras
- Gotten kicked out a casino
- Partnered with Lily for anything longer than exploring the cave
- A "Nice-CR" ending making alliances wherever possible
- finished as a Male Courier
- completed Bleed Me Dry

And all that after nearly 1000 hours

- Never played Lonesome Road, I want to keep something fresh so I can always return with a goal

- Never completed all the sink upgrades

- Never got the suite at the ultra luxe

- Never entered vault 19

What I have done what others might have not:

- Got every possible melee weapon (afaik), completely filled the melee weapons wall in the underground hideout (a mod)

- Killed the overseer in vault 34 at level 12 without companions (because he glitched and couldn't move)

You don't know what you're missing. In general the Black Widow perk is too good to pass on.

Anyhow, there's a lot of things I've never done, the most notable is having never played Dead Money, or having never found out about the Survivalist in game.

I suspect the Humble Cudgel is something a lot of players have never found.
