Who can give me some popcorn.
Who can give me some popcorn.
When you're talking about somebody who's success is due to his genuine passion for video games, especially when that person spends years crafting unique experiences, rather than churning out the same crap every year, then the anology is more than valid. This is not a case of 'wealthy developer lies to public to increase sales', but is in fact more a case of 'we really want to put all of this stuff into our current game, but we're going to have to change a few things so that everything fits'. I would much rather a developer aimed a bit too high than keeping things safe like a lot of them do.
Popcorn is in aisle 3, currently on 2 for 1
Edited for shameful spelling...
Oh, I know they're definitely come out (maybe in a couple weeks!). But that's the last remaining bit of info that I definitely want to know.
In the footage, it already looks like the protagonist is wearing leather armor over the rubberized vault suit. This would suggest that we would be able to wear armor on top of any clothing.
I think this relates more to the six individual armor components, which are for the head, torso, and each separate limb. This is a similar system to that used in Morrowind.
I don't want to know too much before release. I do want to know when or if we get to pre-download the game on console. I have a digital and a physical copy ordered, and may give the physical copy to one of my sons.
I just want to know one thing: everything that isn't story related.
I want the list of names spoken,
Barring that I want to know if we get to explore the modern world before the bomb.
From the footage, it looks like individual components are layered over each other, the way they were in Morrowind, as well as being worn on top of clothing.
The thing I'm most curious about is actually the economy system. It has been broken in every TES and Fallout installment and money always end up becoming worthless. I'd like to know if the economy has had a major overhaul or if it's basically the same. No specific details required, just an idea of what to expect.
This ^
If they can't tell us that, I would like to know if Shishkebab (weapon) is in?
Aww, why be such a meanie? After he is working so hard to make a fun game for us to enjoy?
Have you expanded the carriages feature of Skyrim (ie. brahmin caravans) or is the perennial fast travel still a thing (or maybe both)?
And this is why we no longer get updates pre-release. Thanks, guy.
I just wanna know the perks so I can plan my character. For instance, I was gonna sink a ton of points into charisma, but after watching the video I've decided not to, and I don't want to have to spend 40 minutes on a character I'm just going to scrap.
i want a list with pictures of all weapon and armor mods in the game.
As an added thing, Pete's comment about Todd's perfectionist nature, seems to indicate this time around they aren't showing something unless they are pretty sure it's 100% done and going to be in the game. So, previous missteps have educated Todd a lot more than some may give him credit for.
I would like to know more about the crafting system. Will the crafting be limited by only the perk system or will we also need to find/buy schematics? Will the crafting of specific types of items (i.e. rifles and mods) occur at one universal crafting bench or will there be tiers increasingly specialized crafting benches of crafting benches? For example, one bench for regular rifles and an upgraded version which allows the crafting of sniper rifles.
There's not really much Todd could have "lied" about considering they showed and told us about the finished game. We didn't get a peek a year+ before completion while it was still in developement. The things that were shown/told about to be in the game will be in the game.
