I'm doing the quest "Why Can't We Be Friends?" and I'm siding with Philip Lem and his lot. Problem is, when I come to Red Rock Canyon, Papa Khan, Regis, and even Jerry the Punk is hostile towards me, while all the generic khans are all jolly and nice. My reputation is accepted, so I have no idea why these three folks shouldn't greet me with a smile as well.

Some help understanding and possibly solving this problem would be greatly appreciated

Just kill them though its not so bad

That son of... Gonna have to figure out a real cruel way of killing him now! Still, I'm aware of the consequences of killing them. It's not an option, I'm 'fraid.
